One thing can be said for sure: if we are looking at the design of the pasta rollers, the Marcato Atlas 150 Wellness would definitely be the winner of the two. Yes, the Imperia 150 is a great pasta maker! Good quality, easy to use and its one of the best selling manual machines for a good reason. I love the look of the machine with its shiny exterior and the classic wooden hand crank. With an abundance of different methods making ravioli, it might be difficult to choose the essential pasta tools and gear. Please remember that pasta is supposed to be simple and a fancy machine doesn’t automatically make for better ravioli or pasta in general.
