How to enjoy Clase Azul Añejo Clase Azul Reposado is crafted in the heartland of tequila itself, Jalisco, Mexico. The soils of this vibrant land produce agave of the highest quality. If you take your tequila seriously, you’ll want to make sure it comes from Jalisco. Clase Azul – The producer of Clase Azul Reposado At Premium Tequila, there’s something special about every tequila we carry. That’s because our customers deserve the best, something special… something decadent… something spectacular… and Clase Azul Anejo is all of those things and more.

Authenticity, decadence, and an artistic streak: just a few of the words you could use to describe Clase Azul tequila. This luxury tequila brand is at the top of the game when it comes to a beautiful drinking experience, enjoyed in hand-crafted ceramic bottles that you’ll proudly display long after you’ve taken the final sip from the bottle. The Mezcal Guerrero is described as full-bodied with notes of herbs and is made from a rare kind of agave called papalote, which grows natively in the mountains of Guerrero. The second offering, Mezcal Durango, is a medium-bodied mezcal that is made from Cenizo agave found in northern Mexico. The bottles themselves are a work of art. We would suggest pairing the Clase Azul Reposado tequila with a rich cut of pork such as pork shoulder or pork ribs accompanied with acidulated sauce. Why not try aged cheese (sheep milk cheese and smoked provolone), with honey and old style mustard. Bittersweet chocolate mousse with hazelnuts and orange.

What is the alcohol percentage and proof of Clase Azul Reposado?

Clase Azul Reposado is a symbol of the tradition and culture of Mexico. The quality of this tequila has been recognized with Gold Medals from the Beverage Tasting Institute in Chicago, and the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Tequila Clase Azul Reposado unites seven basic elements that make it an exclusive product: Organic agaves that have matured for upto 8 years, slow cooking of the agave hearts in traditional ovens, fermentation using the company's secret combination of yeasts, careful distillation to ensure the highest quality possible, followed by delicate filtration and finally ageing in top-quality fine oak barrels. This tequila comes in a beautiful decanter imbued with meaningful designs from the Mazahua culture. The designs on the decanter tell a story honouring the fertility of the Earth and the water that gives life to the agave plant along with the sun. What is the Clase Azul Añejo volume/size? Unlike many other tequila brands, it was its reposado –– not blanco –– tequila that made Clase Azul a household name. Reposados are known for their rich flavor and higher price tags thanks to months of barrel aging. To be known first for this style of tequila speaks volumes as to why Clase Azul is an ultra-premium spirit. You can choose from a line of eight bottles. The aftertaste gives off an intense flavour of the American oak casks in which it was stored. Clase Azul Añejo Appearance
