The unit is wired up correctly but the steering wheel controls don't work. I am getting a signal from the steering wheel but the unit will not recognise it. If I try select a model in factory settings it tells me "app not installed." Brightness and volume setting resets intermittently - sometimes when you start your car, you will be greeted with super loud music even if you never set it to be that loud to begin with. Also if you start your car during daytime, the display brightness might return to default, which is not bright enough, so you will have to adjust both.

Reverse camera works, however the display comes with multiple faint moving white lines, which is a bit annoying to see, but not the worst. Connectivity to phone is often lost randomly - especially annoying when you are relying on your GPS on the road. This also means you have to turn your car off and on again to get the GPS working again.BUT the BIGGEST letdown is Apple CarPlay. The volume of the native radio is loud enough to be obnoxious but when using CarPlay it is so low as to be useless. With wireless and wired connection, you can easily access the apps of your iPhone and Android phones. (Compatible with iPhone 5 and later,Android phone 11.0 and later).Connect your phone to X20PLUS by Bluetooth.You can easily use GPS navigation, calls, message, music and more functions while focusing on the road safety.
